The Maglev Centrifugal Blower uses active magnetic bearings to levitate the rotor during operation, eliminating mechanical contact and the need for lubricants. This results in oil-free process air, extremely low maintenance requirements, and continuous high-efficiency performance.

Designed for demanding 24/7 industrial aeration applications, including wastewater treatment, textile manufacturing, and chemical processes.

Developed independently by CIGU, the maglev centrifugal blower can achieve 30% energy-saving compared with traditional blowers. Free from lubricants or mechanical maintenance, it is easy to install and maintain with low vibration and noise. Featured by “CIGU Cloud” remote management and dual protection for self-generation.

The maglev centrifugal blower replaces conventional oil-lubricated bearings with active magnetic levitation, enabling frictionless rotation at high speed and delivering a completely oil-free, low-noise, and low-maintenance aeration solution for demanding industrial environments.

Energy-saving and high-efficiency:It integrates a series of advanced technologies such as maglev bearings, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors, high-efficiency flow components and dedicated control system, which ensures high efficiency and energy-saving of the complete unit.
Low noise and minimal vibration:Thanks to the maglev bearing technology, the rotating parts in the blower have no mechanical contact or any friction with the stationary parts, so that the blower is able to run with minimal vibration and low noise.
Small size and light weight: The complete unit adopts integrated design and it integrates components such as fluid components, motors, inverters, etc., which makes a compact structure and light weight possible. No equipment foundation or large lifting equipment is required.
Remote operation and maintenance: It integrates "CIGU Cloud" remote management system, which contributes to monitoring the running status of the blower online in real time, adjusting control parameters in a timely manner and providing customers with personalized services more conveniently.
Convenient maintenance: With maglev bearing technology, the gearboxes, lubrication systems, etc. are eliminated from the system. No mechanical maintenance is required either. Only the air filter replacement is required during daily maintenance, which makes it more convenient and efficient.
