The Maglev Centrifugal Blower uses active magnetic bearings to levitate the rotor during operation, eliminating mechanical contact and the need for lubricants. This results in oil-free process air, extremely low maintenance requirements, and continuous high-efficiency performance.

Designed for demanding 24/7 industrial aeration applications, including wastewater treatment, textile manufacturing, and chemical processes.

Developed independently by CIGU, the maglev centrifugal blower can achieve 30% energy-saving compared with traditional blowers. Free from lubricants or mechanical maintenance, it is easy to install and maintain with low vibration and noise. Featured by “CIGU Cloud” remote management and dual protection for self-generation.
